In order to build a harmonious working environment,we put 5s into practice.

 

Chairman of committee: Wayne Guan

Direct and overall plan “5s”,has the power of final decision 

Vice chairman of committee :Milly Zhang

Help chairman of committee to deal with affairs and exercise the function and powers of chairman when he is absent.

Organizer: Ren yanling

 

Plan and arrange related activities.

 

Commissary:Chen jin  Wang daohang

 

Engage in making the plans.

 

Group leader:Zheng yaxin

Act in co-ordination of the plan,draw out own group plan and summary the results.

 

Team member:Shu huan

Assistant of the group leader carry out the steps into practice and feed back grass-roots.  

全厂推行5S管理

近期为构建一个和谐的工作环境、提高生产效率、保障员工身心健康，我厂推行53管理，

并组建5S管理小组。5S小组人员划分与职责如下表 

职务

姓名 职责
主任委员 管炜 主要负责5S推委会的运作、统筹、指挥和监督全局工作，在活动中拥有最高裁决权。
副主任委员 张恬恬 协助主任委员处理委员会事务，主任委员不在时，代行主任委员职责。
干事 任艳玲  策划推行方案、整理资料、宣传统计、筹备会议推动和跟进相关活动。
委员 陈进  汪道航 参与制定活动的方案、计划，活动改善成果的评鉴辅导和跟进推行小组工作。
组长 郑亚欣 配合委员会计划，拟定本组的具体实施计划和方法，总结落实情况。
组员   舒欢 协助配合组长工作，落实措施和反馈基层意见。
